# Company Hub

> Strategy, SOP, and Decisions views, and the admin-only Brain page.

The **Company** section of the sidebar gathers the surfaces the whole company works from: the [Inbox](/guide/inbox), the Strategy and SOP libraries, the Decisions log, and — for admins — the Brain.

## Strategy

**Where:** Sidebar › Company › **Strategy**.

A filtered window into your knowledge base showing only entries in the *strategy* category — your company's direction, positioning, and plans. It uses the standard table view (see [Data Views](/guide/data-views) for all table controls: search, filters, columns, row details). Entries are created like any knowledge entry — via `/learn` in Chat, *Save as Knowledge* on a chat reply, or directly in the Knowledge view — with the strategy category.

## SOP

**Where:** Sidebar › Company › **SOP**.

The same pattern for **Standard Operating Procedures** — the knowledge base filtered to the *SOP* category. This is where documented processes live so both people and agents follow the same playbook. (Missions can also generate an SOP automatically from their flow — see [Missions](/guide/missions).)

## Decisions

**Where:** Sidebar › Company › **Decisions**.

A company-wide log of decisions. Every time someone records a decision — most easily with `/decide` in Chat — it lands here with its context, so "why did we do it this way?" always has an answer. Agents also consult this log so they act in line with what was decided.

Access follows the standard visibility rules: you see decisions scoped to you, your departments, or the whole company.

## Brain *(Company Admins only)*

**Where:** Sidebar › Company › **Brain**. Members see this entry locked.

The Brain is a live, interactive map of your entire organization — departments, sub-departments, agents, people, projects, skills, documents, know-how, and connectors — drawn as a zoomable graph.

What you can do:

| Control | What it does |
| -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Canvas** | Scroll to zoom, drag to pan, click a node to focus it. **Shift-click two nodes** to light up the shortest path between them; **Esc** clears. |
| **Spotlight** | Search box to jump to any node by name. |
| **Filter panel** | Toggle each node type (Departments, Sub-departments, Agents, People, Projects, Skills, Documents, Know-how, Connectors) and switch the layout: **Rings / Force / Circle / Hex**, with a spacing slider. |
| **Detail panel** | Selecting a node shows its details; selecting two lets you compare them. |
| **Top movers & activity ticker** | The most active nodes and a live ticker of data flowing between them. |
| **Minimap** | Overview map for orientation in large graphs. |
| **Toolbar** | Light/dark canvas theme, a cinematic fly-through mode, and poster export of the current graph. |

Use the Brain to spot orphaned agents, see which departments share data, and explain your AI organization to others in one picture.
