# Your First 10 Minutes

> The welcome wizard: company profile, departments, your AI provider key, and your first agent — from empty workspace to first agent run.

The first time you open a brand-new workspace, a short **welcome wizard** walks you from an empty account to a working agent. It takes about ten minutes, and you can adjust everything later in Settings.

  <Step title="Tell us about your company">
    Enter your **company name**, pick your **industry**, and select your **team size**. The industry choice tailors the department suggestions in the next step — nothing else is locked in.

  <Step title="Choose your departments">
    You get a suggested department list for your industry — tick the ones that fit, untick the rest, and add any **custom department** by name. Departments organize agents, knowledge, and data visibility later, and you can add or change them anytime under Settings › Departments.

  <Step title="Add your AI provider key">
    Agents need at least one LLM provider to run. Paste an **OpenRouter API key** (get one at [openrouter.ai/keys](https://openrouter.ai/keys)) — it is stored encrypted in your vault and never shown in full again. You can add keys for other providers later under Settings › API Keys.

  <Step title="Pick your first agent">
    Choose one of the ready-made **agent templates** to start with — each card describes what the agent does, and you can customize everything about it afterwards. Or click **Skip — I'll build my own** to start from scratch later.

    You're set. Three things to do next:

    1. Open the **Agents** list and **activate** your new agent.
    2. Click **Run Now** on the agent page to watch it work.
    3. Check the results in your **Inbox**.
