# Market Intelligence

> Curated competitive and market intelligence for your industry — brand cards, comparisons, trends and benchmarks, in plain language.

Beyond your own data, Concierca AI can give your agents a **curated intelligence layer about your market** — the brands you compete with, how they're moving, and what's happening across the industry. This is the **Vertical**: not a web search, but a structured, benchmarked data product with its own signals, comparisons, and playbooks.

<Note>
  You don't need to learn signal names or query syntax. You (or your agent) ask a business question in plain language — *"Is this brand growing?"*, *"Compare these three competitors"*, *"What's happening in the market?"* — and the intelligence layer maps it to the right data.
</Note>

## What you can ask

    *"Give me an overview of this brand."* · *"Is it growing?"* · *"What changed recently?"* · *"Where is it vulnerable?"* · *"What's its current strategy?"*
  </Card>

    *"Compare these two — or five — competitors."* · *"Who's stronger organically?"* · *"Who has the better launch strategy?"*
  </Card>

    *"Which brands are accelerating?"* · *"Which show warning signs?"* · *"Which recently changed direction?"*
  </Card>

  </Card>

## What it covers

The intelligence spans several channels for each tracked brand — organic social, paid ads, video/reviews, and cross-channel behaviour — expressed as **signals** (growth, momentum, launch style, ad strategy, reviewer sentiment, weaknesses, and more), plus **market benchmarks** (how competitive a market is, where the industry is heading) and **editorial playbooks** on how to act on what you see.

## How to read it well

A few principles keep answers honest — your agents follow them automatically, and they're good to know:

* **Coverage first.** Not every channel is tracked for every brand. If something isn't monitored, the answer says so rather than guessing.
* **Facts vs estimates.** Measured numbers and projected ones are labelled differently — an estimate is never presented as a hard fact.
* **Bands, not fake ranks.** Where the data gives a range ("upper mid-range"), you get the range — not an invented exact position.
* **Evidence → playbook → recommendation.** A good recommendation shows what the data says, what the playbook advises, and only then the suggested action.

## Where it lives

In the app, market-intelligence tools are available to your agents once your workspace has a vertical connection (see [Connections](/guide/connections)). Over MCP they appear as the `vertical_*` tools on your [workspace endpoint](/guide/mcp-connect).
