# Quickstart

> Begin with a guide on the fastest path to a successful outcome

Get from zero to your first agent-delivered result in a few minutes.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign in">
    Open your company's Concierca AI URL and sign in with the email address your administrator invited. You land in the main workspace — the sidebar on the left is your map. See [Overview & Navigation](/guide/introduction).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create an agent">
    Go to **Agents** and click **Create with AI**. Pick who may see the agent (Just me / Department / Organization), then describe it in plain English — for example *"Summarize my unread inbox every morning"*. The AI designs the agent and opens it for review. See [Agents](/guide/agents).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Give it skills and connections">
    On the agent's **Skills & Tools** tab, attach skills from your library and grant exactly the tool actions it needs (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, …). Connect your own accounts first under **Connections** — agents run with their owner's connections, and ungranted tools are blocked server-side. See [Connections](/guide/connections).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Run it manually">
    Set the agent's status to **Active**, optionally type a Per-Run Input in the run panel on the right, and click **Run Now**. Watch the run live under **Agents › Runs** — every tool call is logged with its status and timing.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the result in your Inbox">
    The agent reports to your **Inbox** — results, digests, and any questions or approval requests. Reply directly in the thread; your answer reaches the agent on its next run. See [Inbox](/guide/inbox).
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Where to go next

* Put the agent on a **schedule** (Agents › Triggers) so it runs without you.
* Chain agents into a **mission** with human approval gates — see [Missions](/guide/missions).
* Capture what your company knows in [Knowledge](/guide/knowledge) so every agent uses it automatically.
