Connections power your agents and chat with real tools: email, calendars, CRMs, spreadsheets, and any MCP server. Connections are personal — each user connects their own accounts, and agents run with their owner’s connections. Where: Sidebar › Settings › Integrations › Connections (route /connections). Available to every user. The page header offers Sync All (refresh the status of all your connections) and Connect Integration (jumps to the Marketplace tab). Four tabs:

Connected

Your active integrations, with stat cards (Total Connections, Available Toolkits). Each connection card shows the app logo, name, status (Connected, or connecting / expired / revoked / paused), the connect date and last use, plus: Which of a connection’s individual actions an agent may use is granted per agent under Agents › Skills & Tools › Connected Tools — not here.

Marketplace

Browse 200+ integrations: search, filter by category, and sort by name or tool count. Each card shows the app, its description, and its tool count. Click Connect — the OAuth sign-in opens in a new tab, and the connection syncs automatically when you return (“Connection synced — new connection picked up automatically”).

OpenRouter

Your AI-provider account at a glance: total spent, limit, remaining, and last sync, with Sync now and a link to the OpenRouter dashboard for per-model breakdowns.

MCP

Model Context Protocol servers give your agents self-describing tools with zero custom code.

MCP Servers

Click Add MCP server and fill in: Each server card has an enable switch, a Probe button (verifies reachability and counts its tools), a “Require approval for writes” switch — write-capable tools then go through your approval flow — and Disconnect. Grant a server to an agent under Agents › Skills & Tools › MCP Servers.

Vertical Layer

One optional slot for your provider’s domain-intelligence feed (industry data and know-how served over MCP). Admins can connect it in Hosted or Bring-your-own MCP mode; a contract probe validates the connection. If you are not an admin and no vertical is connected, ask your provider admin.
  • Personal API keys (OpenRouter, Telegram bot, and other providers) live in Settings › API Keys (the Vault) — see Settings.
  • MCP Access (letting external MCP clients like Claude Code connect to Concierca AI as you) also lives in Settings — see Settings.
