Templates & Marketplace - Concierca AI

Two admin surfaces for reusable building blocks: Knowledge Templates (structured output schemas for agents) and Agent Templates (ready-made agent configurations). Members see these sidebar entries locked.

Knowledge Templates

Where: Sidebar › Knowledge › K-Templates. Structured schemas for agent output. An agent using a template validates its output against the schema before saving — so recurring reports (a daily sales brief, a weekly digest) always have the same reliable structure. Click Add Template:

Field	Notes
Slug	Technical name, e.g. `sales_daily_brief` (fixed after creation)
Name	Display name, e.g. “Sales Daily Brief”
Description	e.g. “End-of-day sales summary”
Icon & Color	Visual identity
Department	Optional department assignment
Scope	Who can use it
JSON Schema	The structure agent output must conform to
Example Payload	Optional sample, e.g. `{"date":"2026-05-13","total_revenue":12450}`

Each template can be previewed, edited, or deleted from the list.

Agent Templates

Where: Sidebar › Knowledge › Agents Mkt. Browse ready-made agent configurations and create agents from them.

Filters: All Templates / My Templates / Public Catalog.
Each template card can be previewed; + Use Template creates a pre-filled agent, ready to review and activate.
Your own saved configurations appear under My Templates and can be deleted.
