Market Intelligence is the curated view of the market around your business — the brands in your industry, the signals attached to them, and the benchmarks that tell you what “normal” looks like. Your own tables hold your orders and customers; this layer holds your competitive context. For this workspace the vertical is the watch market: brands as entities, with signals across Meta advertising, Instagram, YouTube reviews, retail presence, and brand master data.

What you can ask

Ask your agents in plain language — they route to the right signals automatically:
  • One brand: “Tell me about Venezianico.” → the brand’s insight card across all channels.
  • Comparison: “Compare Louis XVI, Venezianico and Baltic on Instagram.”
  • Paid media: “How much reach does this brand have in Germany? In which language does it advertise in Belgium?” · “What was their biggest campaign last quarter, and how was it structured?” · “Which cities do they target in France?”
  • Organic: “Which Instagram posts were exceptional in the last six months, and why?”
  • Retail: “Who carries this brand, in which countries and cities?” · “I want to grow in the US — which retailers should I approach?”
  • Market: “What does a normal ad footprint look like in Germany?” → benchmarks.

How to read the answers

Answers are grounded: every number comes from a stored signal, and agents cite the signal and the playbook article they used. A few conventions to know:
  • Periods are quarters. The current quarter is always marked as quarter to date, still maturing — young ads report reach with a delay, so treat it as an early signal, not a trend.
  • Reach is a proxy. Reach ≠ audience ≠ customers, and campaign rankings by reach are proxy rankings, not performance data.
  • Evidence, not republishing. The layer serves aggregates, classifications and official deep links (Meta Ad Library, Instagram, YouTube) — never copied ad texts or captions.
  • Missing data is stated, not filled. If a brand’s coverage is thin, the answer says so.
  • Retail lists are research. Retailer results carry public business data (name, city, website, role email). They are leads to qualify, not a permission to send bulk outreach — outreach rules depend on the recipient’s country.

Where it runs

In the app, market-intelligence tools are available to your agents once your workspace has a vertical connection (see Connections). Over MCP they appear as the vertical_* tools on your workspace endpoint. Agent builders: see the Vertical tool reference and the Vertical Playbook for routing and grounding rules.
